Sales Call Manager is a fully functional Sales CRM and Reporting tool developed to improve sales productivity by delivering benefits to the individual salesmen as they go about the daily tasks, plus deliver a full set of daily, weekly and monthly emailed sales reports sent to their sales managers.

Sales Call Manager is a results focussed, Sales CRM and Reporting tool that allows sales professionals to keep track of all of their leads and customers: to prioritise them, know where there are in the sales cycle, keep notes and schedule follow-up actions. The result of every sales call is defined in terms of Actions, Outcomes, and Priorities, with user-configured range of options under each of these headings. Details of every call such as time, location, contact details, general notes and follow-up actions are all recorded for future reference directly from the iPhone or iPad.

The salesman can review the history and status for each customer including: sales leads; opportunities; account contact details; the date and results of every call; all notes made at the time; and any scheduled follow-up actions required.

All data is stored locally on the iPhone or iPad ensuring rapid access to customer information, follow-up reminders, notes and sales reports.

A full set of Sales Reports is available directly on the phone, including: a summary of current customer numbers and where they are in the sales cycle; number of calls made; and a breakdown of customers by current status, priority & results.

Instant Sales Reports are available by day, week and month including direct comparison to the previous period and many items are expressed as values or percentages.

There are 95 different measures instantly calculated and summarized within four reports for the salesman to keep track of his leads, opportunities, customers, scheduled follow-up actions and performance.

Another 12 reports can be set-up to be emailed daily, weekly and monthly to different groups of recipients.

Emailed Reports include: the time and location of every call made each day; the results of each call; a summary of calls made with comparison to previous time periods; a list of current follow-up actions plus notes; monthly summary reports of results, new customers added, total calls made, and much, much more. Information is reported in values and percentages and is adjusted for number of days worked in a week to make performance comparison simple.
